Thank you so much for your interest in Catherine Clay Photography to photograph your child / family session.  

Our plan is to provide you with an incredible experience, not only in our time together, but with the finished products you will receive; we offer everything from stunning wall portraits and custom albums to gift prints and more! 

Just a little about our studio... we are located in Lucas, Texas and shoot primarily in the Dallas / Ft Worth area for majority of the year;  however, Catherine also lives in the panhandle of Florida for part of the year as well.   

Let me give you a little more information about our prices and policies.

Catherine is a natural light photographer that primarily shoots in client's homes or nearby parks.    Her session fee is $200 for your family for up to 4 people and $35 dollars for each person additional person.  This fee, due at the time of booking, holds your session time, and is for Catherine's time and talent only on the day of your session. This is for your immediate family only.  We also offer a large group photo session if you have more than just your immediate family you would like photographed.  This fee does not include any products or digital files.  Catherine has a $500 print/product minimum.  This minimum must be met in addition to your session fee at the time you place your order.  Cards or announcements may be ordered after this minimum has been met. Our product pricing starts at $50 for a 5x7 and $295 for individual digital files.  Our digital collection which includes all digital images of your session, a custom image box, and a 5x7 of every finished image is $1995.  For additional pricing, please contact us for a full pricing list.  

Before your session, you will receive communication from Summer Dale, our scheduling assistant, who will confirm your date and time and answer any questions regarding wardrobe, location, or pricing ahead of time.  

After your session, you will receive a call from our ordering specialist, Brooke Gehm.  If you live in the DFW area, she will schedule a time to meet with you in your home, to review our products and place your order in person.  Approximately two weeks after your session, you will receive a minimum of 40 edited images to view in an online gallery, before your ordering session.  A good majority of our clients now want to purchase our digital collection.  If you know after your session that this is for sure what you would like to purchase from your session, it is not necessary to meet with Brooke to place your order.  We can facilitate the order process over the phone or via email.  If you live outside of the DFW area, we can set up an online ordering cart for you to order from for up to ten days after your images go live.
