HELLO - I am Catherine of Catherine Clay Photography.  For over 14 years, I have been been documenting families in the DFW area, panhandle of Florida, and across the United States.  I consider myself a story-teller and am honored to tell the stories of so many amazing families.  

As a child and family photographer, I have been able to truly witness the circle of life.  I have witnessed the miracle of the beginning of life, by documenting those first few days with a precious newborn baby.  I have had the opportunity to witness a baby's first steps and document those moments for their family to cherish for a lifetime.  I have documented those 18 year olds, right before they leave your home for their futures filled with promise and opportunity. I have told the story of the love of her life getting down on one knee and proposing for the rest of his life.  I have also had the incredible honor to document those over the years who have had their lives cut short from illness or tragedy.  When children or parents get ill, my job and the story I tell, humbles me to my core.  

I want to tell the story of your family, year after year, stage after stage.  From the awkward smiles, to the bad haircuts, to the honory personality of your 4 year old.  It is all a story that should be told and documented.
